I just recently tried these cupcakes and it was hard and dried out. I’m guessing these are not made daily. Plus the girls working didn’t know basic math when i tried to pay with cash. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We are really sorry to hear this. We bake our cupcakes fresh daily, so we hate that we missed the mark and that yours wasn’t soft and moist like it should be. The cookies we got were good. However, I had gotten a promotional mailer for two free cookies. I used this, and then checking the receipt afterwards, I noticed I was charged fully for everything.

Sydney, we are so sorry this happened. It definitely was an honest mistake, we will issue you a refund. We are a locally family owned business and would never try to intentionally charge you incorrectly. Please call the bakery on Monday anytime between 8am-2pm and we will get you a full refund for the cookies. Again, we sincerely apologize.
