One of the best fish and chips meals I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend this place for a traditional British dinner. The staff are nice and the place is very clean. Only annoying thing is it costs money for ketchup packets. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Order fish and chips.did not get my fish .got the chips no fish ..Manger says must speak to ppl that deliver. First time and last time ever order from them ,he was not helpful at all. Service: 1

I am sorry you were not happy with an item missing in your order. I just want to make you aware, yes you was told to speak with the courier company. Unfortunately it is out of our hands once handed over to them. We have checked CCTV in the shop and your haddock was put in the bag. Whatever has happened past the point of delivery is not our shops fault. You were issued a full refund for your order by the app you ordered from, and were also given an apology for the inconvenience caused. Please bear in mind the impact these reviews can have on a company that is not at fault. We take pride with our shop as well as our customers, ensuring orders are checked before leaving us. And had a lot of CCTV coverage for if/when things like this do happen. You can call to complain, but reviews that aren’t true with no other side mentioned regarding refund and the driver being at fault it not the correct way to handle things. Sorry you will not order from here again, I wish you all the best.
