For one month FIt2Fat has been taking care of my food calorie monitoring each day .from fat % of27.3% to 25.1%fat mass of 23%to 21.2%.muscle mass 58kg to 60kg metabolic age of 52 to 44.... within the month besides my regular exercise it is well said that our food intake should be well taken consideration.....I’m happy ? that FIt2Fat is my partner in keeping me healthy and fit
