Hi Mohammed, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that your order arrived damaged. However, as you’ve stated in your review, the milkshakes were spilled by the delivery rider after collection from our store. Uber Eats assigns all drivers and their mode of transport automatically. Restaurants are not informed whether a courier will arrive by bike, car or otherwise, nor do we have the ability to choose who delivers an order. The milkshakes left our premises freshly prepared and securely packaged. Once an order has been collected, responsibility for the safe transportation of that order lies with the delivery partner. As this was a delivery issue rather than a product or preparation issue, any compensation, refund or credit would need to be handled directly through Uber Eats, who are responsible for the courier service. Hi Taiba, We’re sorry your order arrived damaged. However, as your photo clearly shows, the issue occurred during delivery, not during preparation. Uber Eats assigns the delivery drivers and their method of transport—we don’t choose who collects your order, nor can we supervise what happens after it leaves the store. We explained this during our phone conversation and advised you to contact Uber Eats, who are responsible for delivery-related complaints and refunds. Whilst we completely understand being unhappy with a damaged delivery, holding the restaurant responsible for the actions of a third-party courier isn’t particularly fair.
