Good cinema bad service went to watch scream 7 told merch was sold out and not available but another woman was given a scream cup didn’t look like she paid for it and never saw the movie and then they got more of the merch out the back and had the out in the open but was not for sale worse experience ever won’t be going back again

I really want to see cinemas thriving, I hate the decline they are facing due to Netflix etc. The Odeon in Rochdale has been around for years and has had a few reskins, but it does feel dated compared to Vue in Bury. It does get quite cold as well. The price of food and drink is SCANDALOUS. This is the same across the board to be fair, but for a low income family who wants to watch a movie with their kids, this group is simply buying food elsewhere and bringing it in with them. So many lost potential sales!

Brilliant service at Odeon Rochdale for National Cinema Day. Staff went above and beyond to make the experience special for our kids and even gave our children free cinema sweets as a reward for their thematic outfits! Really memorable experience; toilets and screen were very clean; and staff were friendly. We'll definitely be back!
