The food was delicious. The staff were busy but still friendly. It was loud inside. About 25 minutes before a server came to our table to take our order and it took a very, very long time for our dishes to come out. I would come back for a slow chat dinner with good food but I don't recommend if you are in a rush. Hats off for having decent non alcoholic cocktail options. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–80 Vegetarian options: Yes

It was my first time there; I’m from Germany and I was absolutely blown away. The service, including the explanations of the individual dishes, is perfect; I have rarely experienced such perfection anywhere in the world. The menu does not feature an endless array of dishes, but focuses on a manageable selection, all of which are freshly and perfectly prepared. The steaks are of the very finest quality, a real treat for the palate. And because the atmosphere is also extremely appealing and the chef is an absolute master of his craft, this bistro deserves nothing but top marks. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I chose Haig Rd. Bistro to meet family for a 40th birthday lunch. My family of three drove down from the Sunshine Coast, and ooooo la la it was so worth the trip. Beautiful, generous French food with excellent set menu options. It's impossible for me to name a stand out dish, as they all looked and tasted superb. Service was delivered with the perfect balance of friendliness and attentiveness. Highly recommended! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$80–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
