Extremely rude morning staff. Managers didn’t help with absolutely anything, just threw rank & how long they’ve been there but couldn’t help with my order. When I asked for general manger no one would tell me when she would be in so I could speak to her. I work in food Managment & this is not how you handle customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went in a few weeks ago for dinner while on vacation and I asked the cook why there were 0 customers and he said because the only thing worth eating is breakfast. I said so I shouldn't eat the food and he said theres a reason noone is here... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was nervous about showing up 30 minutes before they closed. I know people start cleaning up early so that they can go home. When I pulled up and asked if they minded, they were in no way annoyed by me showing up. Victoria and her co-worker were extremely welcoming and helpful.... Above and beyond kind. When I work nights, that is not often the service received when trying to pick up food somewhere. They were incredible. And the food was extremely fresh! Any future late night food runs will be directed to this Hardee's! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
