My wife and I stopped by for a late lunch at 2:25 (time on ticket) this afternoon. My wife ordered the 2 fish taco combo, I ordered the fish/chicken/shrimp meal. We took our drink cups to get our drinks when the young lady behind the counter came over and told my wife they were out of the coleslaw for the tacos, they had not received their truck yet. When the order came to the table, my combo was on the tray, with 2 wrapped fish tacos on the tray. Not the combo my wife ordered. We reminded the counter people my wife ordered the combo, not just the tacos. After they stopped laughing about it, the young lady that informed my wife about the coleslaw went back and got the fries my wife ordered with her combo. While we were waiting, I went to the condiment stand for ketchup and vinegar. The ketchup pump was empty and I didn't see any vinegar. I went to the counter and informed them and asked for packets of ketchup and vinegar. The young man looked at me confused, so I repeated what I requested. While this was going on another worker went over to the condiment counter and held up an almost empty bottle of vinegar and told me "there is vinegar out here!". The first young lady came back and asked what was going on, the young man handed her the ketchup packets and told her what was going on. Meanwhile my food is on the table getting cold. I finally told them don't worry about it, I don't have time for them to decide what to do. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant at this time. The restaurant was filthy, the tables had not been cleaned, the floors looked like they had not been mopped in days and the restaurant smelled like poop near the soda fountain. My wife went to the ladies room and said it looked like someone had diarrhea and it had dried on the walls of the restroom. Instead of taking the restaurant down time to clean up, the entire staff was in the kitchen joking around and playing on their phones. Needless to say, we will NEVER return to this pig stye of restaurant. The franchise should be removed and this place closed down. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Long John Silver's has been a favorite of mine for more than thirty years. This particular one only has corn,not corn on the cob. Please bring that back. The fish, chicken and shrimp are still awesome and I love there cole slaw. It is a clean place the service is great and for fast food the people behind the counter were very professional. They do bring your food to the table and they will get you anything you need, meaning you don't have to get up if you forgot something at the sauce counter they are a step above fast food. It was a good dinning experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian so I am the wrong person to ask
