The Bar is the lobby bar at the Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport opposite Terminal 3 in Garhoud. Its interior looks very much like those credit card lounges at the airport. The Bar opens from noon and runs through to 02:00 in the morning. My dietary experience here has been strictly liquid. Whilst prices aren’t horrendous, a pint of Amstel costs AED35, they aren’t all that keen either. Like its sister venue next door, the best part of The Bar is the very willing, if slightly tired and overworked staff. The other good thing about this venue is that it has a pool table and a darts board. That said, don’t forget you are in Garhoud where there are dozens of amazing places to spend an afternoon/evening. Unless you are too tired to leave the hotel, personally, I would consider other options.

Attended the opening of this hotel in 2010 and frequented The Bar then and once there with a large group we got ordered few delicacies from local spot and manager went out of his way and got it served for us. Truly a hospitality pro! Being close to my place of work it was my local for many years and visited there recently and still it is same, open n spacious and Quiet place to talk and unwind after a long say of work !! Right across the airport so very convenient to have meetings and fly back home for the visitors !!!
