La cocina australiana es algo que hay que probar en este bar. Howlong Hotel te agradará con su casero filete angus, sus perfectamente elaborados bocadillos de carne y su sabroso pollo a la parmesana. De acuerdo con las opiniones de los usuarios, la cerveza es espectacular.

Good old fashioned pub with down to earth large sized meals. Staff were very friendly. We attended on the 26th Feb 2026. I had the flathead tails with chips and steamed veg. Hubby had the chicken parma. Meals arrived within 10 minutes and they were piping hor. Coke served in the can alongside a glass full of ice. Moscato was ice cold and lovely. A good honest pub. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice and welcoming typical country pub. Tab facilities were basic. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $20–40

Can't recommend this establishment whatsoever... My partner and I came to the Howlong Hotel to eat dinner for her birthday, we both ordered the chicken parmigiana with a side of chips & gravy for $54 not including drinks. We sat down after we ordered and our meals arrived not long after. When our plates were sat down on our table we both looked at each other and could instantly tell what the other was thinking. "where's the rest?" $54 for the smallest parmi I've ever seen, a handful of undercooked chips and the smallest tub of gravy that looked like it was for a baby. We noticed other patrons with more food on their plate so clearly only regulars get the amount on the plate that justifies the price. Massive steak and a LOT of chips. I will give them this, the parmi was pretty good but for that price it needs to be bigger. Also might want to consider changing your ham as we could barely taste it. The gravy was nice but almost none came with the $2.50 cost of it. All of it came out quite hot but there needs to more of it.
