Aquí vas a pagar unos precios apropiados. Según el punto de vista de los usuarios, la atmósfera es inusual. Los asiduos valoran este restaurante por debajo de la media en Google.

I hesitate to give Hunan Express 5 stars, because everyone knows the best Chinese spots are always in the 3 star range. But we have tried so many places in our area since moving here 4 years ago and nothing even comes close to how good the food is here. I popped in here last night on a whim and ordered wonton soup, egg rolls, crab rangoon, and orange chicken and everything was pipping hot and delicious. There is nothing fussy about it - just very delicious, unassuming Chinese food, priced very well. We will for sure be returning often. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

We have ordered food here about once every few months for over 25 years. Our last two orders were wrong. We didn't bother complaining but this time I was sick of letting it go. We were missing the Sesame Chicken. When I got home I started pulling the food out of the two bags (It was a large order for 5 people) I immediately realized we were missing something. No Sesame Chicken. Then someone said, that is the same meal they forgot last time. I called up the restaurant and spoke to a woman who claimed to be the manager. She said she would make it and we could come get it. I said to her the error is theirs and it should be delivered (we are well within range). Her response was that we would have to wait at least two hours if we wanted it delivered. I said that was not right since they made the mistake, again reiterating what I had already said. Not wanting to disrupt a family meal, I asked for the dinner to be refunded to my credit card and she said no that is impossible, only the full amount can be refunded not just the amount of that meal. I said it can be done other places why not your restaurant? What she really wanted is for us to just say forget it and move on. This woman is a con artist and that chinese place likes to rip people off. At that point one of the people in our party said they would go get it. I told the woman someone was going to come for it and she said she would throw in some eggrolls for our trouble. Our friend arrives to pick up the forgotten meal and the woman gives him a hard time about it, like it is our fault they made a mistake. Then he opens the bag to check and make sure what she gave him was correct and realizes she didn't put the eggrolls in. He asked her for the eggrolls she had promised and she said, "I'm not giving you eggrolls!" He said you told us if we came to pick up the meal you would throw in eggrolls. He was very firm with her and she stormed into the back and returned with eggrolls. This woman who represented herself as the manager clearly does not see value in long time customers and guess what lady...you don't care about your customers makes it super easy to never come back. Thank you for making that any easy decision. I do not recommend this place.
