Maybe he is the manager, but his behavior was completely unacceptable. I came here only to pick up the customer’s order professionally, not for any argument or problem. I was trying to speak politely and ask about the order, but he did not respond properly at all. Instead of communicating respectfully, he just pointed outside with gestures and told me to “go out” directly. What kind of behavior is this from a manager? Delivery partners also deserve respect because we are here to collect and deliver customers’ orders. If there was any issue, he could have explained it properly in a professional manner. Ignoring someone, refusing to communicate, and rudely asking them to leave is very disrespectful and creates a bad experience. I request you to please take this matter seriously and make sure staff and managers behave professionally with delivery riders in the future.
