This particular store ALWAYS gets the order wrong. Order earlier in the day because I think the kids working later on are typical kids that absolutely do not pay attention to detail! They don't stop and READ! If you say two chips, they give you one and wrong flavor. If you say no meat ...they put meat. I was so happy to see them in doordash, but now I won't give them anymore chances. Higher kids that actually show they can do the job fire the current ones. Sorry.

We went to buy a sandwich and they didn't have bread how can you eat a sandwich without bread and they still have it opened you expect me to go there and there's no bread like of least close the shop if you don't have any bread. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I wasn't going to give a review but decided it's important for the franchise owner to know how important customers are important to your business. I visited this location about a week ago and it was my first time going to a Jimmy John's the young lady at the register was nice but still in training and over to her right was a man with red hair and a beard talking with another employee and appeared to be listening. I asked for no mayo or if they could toast the bread before putting the mayo on it and the young man said no they couldn't do that and tried to tell me that the mayo acts as butter however I tried to tell him that I had gotten food poisoning before on mayo and was concerned he didn't care just gave no options and then seemed upset that I had dare ask for something. Simply the most unfriendly person and the lady he was talking to both ignored me and had the cashier give me my food . This man didn't say Thank you come back. If he is the manager or franchise owner he might want to know that you lost my business as there are plenty of other sandwich places that are better. I will never come back to any Jimmy Johns and will continue going to my fav Jersey Mikes or firehouse subs. Totally disappointed and the sandwich was not that good after all that. Geez why can't you get Great Customer service these days with the price of food at least you can do is smile and say Thank you. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $20–30
