Just wanted to write a review based on what I’ve experienced lately at this coffee stand. I’ve actually been going to this coffee stand since I was in junior high, and I never had any problems until the this year. I used to love coming here, which is why it’s disappointing to see how much the customer service has changed. I usually go to the State Line stand or the Post Falls stand because the girls there are always friendly, fast, and my drinks are always made correctly. I decided to give the Rathdrum stand another try today since it had been a while, but unfortunately it reminded me why I stopped going there in the first place. The attitude at the Rathdrum location is honestly terrible. The workers consistently come across as rude and irritated, the service is extremely slow even when ordering just one drink, and my drinks are almost always made wrong. Today was no different. I heard there’s a new stand being built at the new gas station in Rathdrum, and I really hope management focuses on hiring a stronger team for that location. I hate having to drive farther away just to get good service and a correctly made drink, but the difference between the Rathdrum stand and the State Line/Post Falls stands is huge. The State Line and Post Falls locations always provide great customer service and a much better overall experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
