Went here for houston restaurant week and honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. We waited for about 10 minutes for someone to take our order and me and my partner did the $55 3 course meal so we ordered everything. We waited another 10 minutes which is understandable because it was busy but they gave my appetizer to the table next to us and realized it was wrong, the waiter let them keep it. The waiter didn’t tell us anything about the wait. Another 10 minutes go by and they came out with my appetizer only to bring it to the same table they had given my appetizer to and realized it was ours. He grabbed it from their table and placed it on our table and didn’t say anything. I understand the mistake but when nothing is being said, I get pissed. The whole time, no waiters came up to check on us but they were asking everyone around us EXCEPT our table how they were doing and if everything was fine. My partner and I felt like we didn’t belong there. The music was good, the food was good, but the customer service I had here was complete garbage. Passed us the bill while we were still eating and didn’t say anything. POOR COMMUNICATION. I didn’t even want to pay for the 19% gratuity, the service we experienced was 2/10. The service was overall good and drinks were delicious. My lobster was cold however, and a few minor adjustments were needed that the server was advised about, but no solution was made. Overall this place is pricey. Although it’s very cute inside, the price doesn’t match the food quality/taste. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Someone told us it would be a 30-40 min wait and we went back after and hour to be told that there were 7 reservations in front of us. When we said that the person who checked us in said 30-40 mins, the hostess was extremely rude, stating “I wasn’t up here. Who told you that?” We were stunned at how she was speaking to us and couldn’t even respond to her so we walked out. I went back in to get her name in order to hold her and Juliet accountable but when I asked for her name she asked why and said that “If it’s to leave a review, then no.” Through more research I’m pretty sure her name is Kimari but I’m not 100% sure. I hope that nobody else has to go through this and I hope that Juliet can take the necessary actions to ensure than nobody else has to go through this. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
