The best customer service I have ever come across from group of teens. I arrived there during the dinner rush and ordered chicken tenders for my kids. Unfortunately they had run out at the time and I was first greeted by a young man who very politely asked if I wanted to wait for the new batch which will take 8mins or replace with another item on the menu. I replied that I would wait. 5 mins go by and a young lady behind the counter (who was serving customers that ordered after me and sees that I’ve waiting for a while) very politely informs me that my chicken tenders are 3 mins away and apologises for the wait. When I received my food, the same young lady apologised again for the wait. To top off the great customer service, the food was cooked to perfection. I come from the Ipswich area and the difference with the customer service and food quality is second to none. The parents of the young ladies and gents that work at KFC Marsden should be very proud, as well as the training staff at this establishment. The only regret I have is not getting the names of these wonderful young people. Date and time of visit: Monday 16/03/26 6.45pm - 7.30pm Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst kfc I have ever had. Burger came half squashed and sauce everywhere. Asked for extra salt on my fries and got old stale fries that had NO salt whatsoever and you never have enough wicked wings so I’m always given something else instead.not to mention the wait time is ridiculous for slightly warm food
