Ordered 2 meatball subs, when they but the bottom scraps of the meatballs on one before changing out to fresh meatballs it looked dry, burnt and really icky, asked for the fresh only and the meatballs were scrapped of, had to ask if they could new bread to, cause why would I want bread they had already been on? Still when I was eating had a meatball that was dry and crumbled like sand in my mouth, absolutely disgusting. Spat it out but still ended up vomiting. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lay Lay was absolutely amazing, she took the time to answer my 4 year olds millions of questions. Whilst doing this she made my subs, fast and with so much care!! She even prepped more sauce so I could have the sauce of my choice. Will definitely be coming back!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered online. Waited close to 20 mins instore. Watched as people ordering instore were in and out within a few minutes. Staff were chatting and not focusing on the orders. One staff member asked how my days going. Which my head was rested on the wall trying to stay up as I thought it be a quick walk in as I just had surgery on my spine. Then she proceeded to look around trying to be funny or a smart ass like *who do you think I'm talking to*. So all n all fire those workers and just close subway it's terrible now. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
