This location is too RUDE to constantly messing up my order!!! And I do understand that its on me because keep going back expecting it to change.But mark my works KFC I will never be returning to that location (Martin and harper area) ever again. So I pull up and she says " how can I help you" I say "one minute please" She says " how may I help you" I say " "one minute please" so I figured out what im ordering and say " hello" ........ crickets .... I say " hello im ready now" She snaps back quick and says "CCAAANNNN you give MEEEE a minute" I was shocked to be honest im like wait do I even wanna order now??? Like mannnn...shoulda left right then button im a big back so I waited then she came on and said " sorry about that" so it was smooth right.... wrong... get to the window and a dude took my card ...he then handed drinks all the while we all im smiling and saying thanks he didnt even look at me. Then the food was handed over without even looking out the window...said thanks have a good night and the window slammed shut... get home to no sauces and no extra biscuit ... this is like the 3rd time. No more... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To the manager on today’s lunch time shift you need to treat people like you want to be treated. Stop being a bullshitter! If your product is not right, own up to it. Adjust your attitude permanently not just when google is mentioned. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

First we were missing a chicken little (ordered two) came back and they instantly knew they forgot it and brushed that off. But Then came home and hardly any gravy on the mashed potatoes and gravy.
