Staff were rude. One staff was treating a junior/newbie rudely. "Cakap dengan dia belum ready tunggu 10 min" instead of saying directly to the customer. Bullying another staff in workplace. Do something about it.

I understand that a mistake was made with the chicken tenders purchase, as they were too salty. However, the team acknowledged the issue and took immediate action to rectify it. I would like to sincerely commend Ms. Hidayah (Team Lead) and the team at KFC Mahkota Parade, Melaka for their prompt response and professionalism. Their quick action is truly appreciated.
