Went for a meal that was supposed to Somewhere around $10 mark I asked to upsize my drink and they said, if I upsize my drink, then I have to add a side, I asked for a biscuit. And I was told, no Then, I get to the window. It's $13, and some cents. The lady said he threw extra gravy in so I could still get my large drink. And still charged me $13. Judging by the picture, I don't see that extra gravy looks normal to me SMH Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Could spend no money they always say no chicken sales but 2 nice bowls in her hand but I couldn't order cause it's shift change her words nobody in line but us nobody inside the store Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We placed an order for pickup here, but upon arrival, were told that they were nearly out of everything we ordered, except the chicken and tenders themselves. We should not have been able to order something if they were out of it. The staff member explained they won't get a truck until Thursday. We tried to cancel the order but staff told us we had to do it in the app - we had ordered through the website, but the website wouldn't let us cancel it. So right now we are just out of that money until we can get some kind of refund straightened out. Very frustrating and frankly, a very bad way to do business. I will be avoiding KFC in the future.
