Horrible. Went into store thinking it would be faster as the drive through was full. 20 minute wait. Food sat in a bag on the bench for half of that time. Food was cold, service was horrible. Would not recommend stopping here. Go to the next one out at traralgon east, or Hungry Jacks. Very disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hey Jason, We're sorry to hear about your experience at KFC Traralgon. We’re all about serving up finger-lickin' good food and top-notch service, so it's a real letdown to hear you had a disappointing experience. Could you share a few more details about what went wrong during your visit? We'd love to fix things up and make it right for you. Hit us up directly at https://www.kfc.com.au/contact-kfc so we can sort things out personally. Your feedback means a lot, and we'd appreciate the chance to turn this around. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to make it up to you soon! Cheers, KFC Squad

As an uber/DoorDash driver it’s extremely frustrating when staff see us arrive but continue to prioritise drive thru and are not attending to dining at all. When I was finally asked what my order was they decided to fill all the dining orders behind my order instead of help me out after I had to wait to wait for atleast 5 minutes to be even noticed in the store. We get paid per order, not per hour. And get penalised and don’t recieve any compensation for unassigning from orders even if they take 15-20 minutes to prepare. PLEASE, GET IT TOGETHER. We are workers just like you and have family’s to feed! Service: 2

Used to buy from KFC Traralgon a lot in the past. Figured I would give it another go after the manager tried to double charge me for a meal and made me feel belittled about it. Come back today after a few months and again poor customer service. Dry chicken and soggy chips. Don’t think it’s legal to have pigeons inside where customers sit down to eat. Been like it for years. Probably a reason why I feel sick every time I eat here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60
