Absolutely hands down the best KFC. Staff are always lovely especially the manager Kim she goes above and beyond and always is so polite. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Poor experience with a preorder using the app. Order was MIA at the drive through. Told it would take 3 minutes to cook the hot wings and asked to park in the waiting area. Waited and wings arrived more than 15 minutes later. There were at least 6 of waiting all that time. Price per person: $1–20 Food: 4 Service: 1

This KFC is by far the fastest most speedy KFC drive thru i've ever been too. As a large family calls for large orders, the KFC North Wyong team doesn't dissapoint. Multiple times i have come through with large orders and small orders and everytime I been met with hot fresh food, nothing missing in the bag, napkins, sauces you name it. all under 2 minutes of ordering. On the other hand walk in service is lower than the drive through, with extended wait times probably due to the fact they are focusing on the drive through. As I also work doordash delivery every now and again, the wait is quite long and the stereotypical normative neglect to the doordash driver is evident. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
