Appalling customer service. I placed an online order and somehow the order came through completely wrong. It appears there may have been a glitch with the website, as ingredients were selected that I would never choose including garlic aioli, which I’m allergic to. I called the store and spoke to Puja, who told me to come back to the store and she would replace the order. The store is a 15 minute drive each way so I made the trip expecting the issue to be resolved. Instead, I was met with an argument. Puja called her manager, Seema and the two of them repeatedly insisted that because the ingredients appeared on my receipt, it had to be my fault. I wasn’t denying what the receipt said—I was trying to explain that something had clearly gone wrong because I would never intentionally order something I’m allergic to. I even offered to get a doctor’s certificate as they were treating me as if I was a complete criminal. To make matters worse, they told me I was the first customer ever that had with an online ordering issue and that mistakes “never happen” with the Subway website, which I found completely patronizing. Rather than acknowledging that technology can fail or even considering that something may have gone wrong, they dismissed everything I was saying and continued arguing with me. I kept saying I wasn’t there to argue. They were the ones who asked me to come back, yet I was forced into a pointless back and forth. There was no attempt to listen and zero empathy. They even continued to argue with me whilst other customers were trying to order. It was relentless. Mistakes happen. Technology glitches can happen. What shouldn’t happen is making a customer drive 30 minutes round trip after promising a replacement, only to argue with them for 20 minutes instead of just resolving the issue. A replacement was eventually provided but only after a drawn out, humiliating and condescending exchange where I was spoken to as though I had done something wrong and left feeling completely dismissed and disrespected. Absolutely hopeless.. Been awhile since i've been there and standards have gone down. Looks like possibly new ownership. My roll was dry as, even as a melt the sub should be soft as i've had numerous times. I had a standard $7 menu item and kept getting asked what to have on it, I mean it stated it in the description, wasn't rocket science. I won't be back to this store. The "sandwich artists" also could hardly understand or speak english. Very extremely disappointed. Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The cleanest & best ++ friendliest subway around thankyou girls Priya & Sukh are always so amazing so nice, friendly and efficient .... Since it's been under new management the past few months it's been amazing I always look forward to going a few times a wk. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
