My husband and I chose to celebrate a special occasion at Lamesa on the 5th floor of Asiana Hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The soy sauce served with the sushi was extremely salty—to the point that it was difficult to enjoy the sushi. Lechon belly, which was a major disappointment. The skin was very hard instead of crispy, and the meat appeared undercooked (raw) and lacked the tenderness and flavor we expected. Overall, the quality of the food did not meet our expectations, especially for a special celebration. We hope the restaurant reviews its food preparation and quality control to provide a better dining experience for future guests.
