Was eating with the family & watched as a son and father approached the counter at 2:30 pm, waited for someone to come out for a while, and rang the bell a couple times and NO ONE came out. It was frustrating for me watching that no one came out to serve them, I can't imagine how the dad and son felt. Someone needs to make sure they have a better system to come out and greet people, or just don't be back there at all. Their phone number isn't even on to be able to let them know someone was waiting. Serve some samples, be out there and watch for customers, something!

Yeah so don't get me wrong I know its an art and kind of a long process. But I ordered 2 ice cream rolls for me and friend. It took 30 minutes to get both, and made another roll for someone else that came behind us. If you're gonna be slow as hell and drag with probably one of the easiest jobs I've seen, your demeanor being horrid. You should probably find a different job bud.

My son ordered a root beer float and gave him a cup with a half scoop of ice cream and a can of an and w and charged us almost 15 dollars. This is ridiculous!
