I called for delivery. When I started giving my order, I was told they only have pizza because there was no delivery of their other foods. I thought it was just their house salad that they didn't get the ingredients delivered. The man told me they had NOTHING but pizza. I was going to order a small house salad, chicken Francese and a small minestrone soup. I threw the menu in the garbage. I will NEVER, EVER order from them. How can a restaurant stay in business if they don'r have delivery of their food? They opened under new management and a new name.....not surprising if they were a cafe/restaurant and didn't get a food delivery. This is now under new management......new name is Surf City. I ordered chicken Francese and a house salad. I live one block away. It took over an hour before the food was delivered. When I called, he said he'll check into what's going on. Security in my building called me and asked if I ordered from them and I said yes. They put the wrong apartment number on the bill, the apartment they had was on the other side of the building! When the woman in security called, she said they were on their way up to me. It took another 20 minutes before they finally came up. Because of their error, the woman who delivered the food told me there was no charge, which I thought was very nice. The second piece of chicken was so rubbery I had to throw it out. The food was cold by the time I got it. The only good thing I can say again, is that they didn't charge me because of their error by putting the wrong apartment number on the check. I don't know if I'll order from there again. I do agree with one of the other reviewers is that they should have separate entrances to each section. Last summer I went in, thinking it was separate entrances and it wasn't. Their air conditioning wasn't on and it was very hot out. This was when it was still the Luna Park Cafe. Needless to say, I walked out.

Even if this place is the last place on Earth to get ice cream I will not go. Not only the inside of this store is hotter than the outside on a summer day, the customer service is as bad as you can ever imagine. Extremely RACIST and arrogant. I stood there saying " excuse me " for at least 5 minutes ( not exaggerating )and they completely ignored me. And when they finally decided to speak , they only speak properly to white people and look at others with disdain as if the other races are INFERIOR. Im surprised the business is still going with this kind of service. P.s. I wish I can give least than 1 star

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE. THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY! Went with daughter and grandsons to this place for Ice Cream after a day at The Aquarium and Coney Island. Bought myself an ice cream bar. I had no cash and tried to pay with my card. The woman at the counter smirked when I handed her my card, swiped it and said it didn't go through because they were having problems with the register. I got cash from my daughter and paid for the ice cream. And hour later, a $2 charge from Luna Park Cafe showed up on my card. I called and told her to refund my card sine I already paid cash for the ice cream. Her response was" it's only $2"! Two days after this, I get a call from Chase Fraud Protection. It seem like someone stole my card number and decide to get happy with it. The only place that I used that card was at Luna Park Cafe in Coney Island. When the woman and the counter said she initially swiped my card, all she did was copy the number and information then used it fraudulently on information retrieval websites. Thank God for Chase Fraud Protection. They declined all the charges and is issuing me another card. I didn't lose any money. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. YOU WILL GET YOUR IDENTITY STOLEN IF YOU PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD
