La atención muy lenta, no entregan la orden completa, las papas fritas y la hamburguesa fría y hoy estaban los pisos del local bastante sucios. Será que les falta personal?

Please do not eat at this location as they do not handle the food properly. I'm not usually one to complain but this a safety concern. This location is serving old food from days before. I ordered delivery today just after 11:00 so the food should have been freshly made since they had just started serving lunch items but the sandwich that was delivered to me had stiff stale bread which was room temperature and you could tell it had been sitting out all night. The delivery driver had the food to me in less than ten minutes so this was definitely not the issue. There is just no way a sandwich that had been made today would have been like that. If I'd eaten that I would have certainly gotten food poisoning. This is a major health and safety concern, their staff must not be trained properly. Also, it is frustrating to have wasted my money on not only food but the delivery fees for something that wasn't safe to eat and there's no way to reach out because McDonald's apparently doesn't offer customer service anymore, they only allow you to reach out to GrubHub. I had no problems with GrubHub or my delivery. They did an excellent job and were prompt. I have problems with the fact that the McDonald's staff is serving old food at this location and I couldn't eat what I paid for. Yet there is no number to report an issue regarding food quality and safety. They just keep redirecting you to GrubHub. I suppose that's probably why this is happening, if you don't know there's a problem you don't have to fix it. I don't usually get McDonald's, I won't be again anytime soon. Items missing. I already had to pull to a wait area and you left out 2 of my 5 items. Who is checking the orders. You had plenty of time in my 10 min wait. Do better. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1
