Siempre que pido por la mobil app siempre faltan artículos o como me paso hoy 7Mayo 2025 me robaron el dinero. Marca como entregada en el parking y nunca me entregaron nada de nada y luego salen con que regordete y bulevar a pagar como si fuera millonaria rateros y ellos pésimas personas muy groseros y groseras y los maneger valen vergas inútiles!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I would not recommend the McDonald's in rainsville to anyone. The encounter I had today with one of the managers "Carla" or Karen honestly I don't know after the way she acted. There was a boy working the register which seemed fairly new we ordered $30 worth of food and paid with a $100 he yelled that he needed change (which is totally fine ) and then the managers Carla walked up seen there were others next to me waiting for their food she turned to them and said "you'll have to just wait I'm the only one up here the other manager is on break" and then walked to the guy to get us change she took the $100 and walked to the back to which he followed but he had left the draw open, honestly ywe didn't even noticed but when they came back she said to the young NEW guy " boy I know you didn't walk away and leave that draw wide open like that" to which he replied "oh I did I'm sorry" to which she then said "yea I bet you are". Me and my husband were stunned so tried to make light of the situation for that boy and my husband said to him " don't worry I was watching it for you" and then Carla turned around and with the most hateful voice said " oh Im sure you were". Obviously imply that we were watching it to steal from it. I honestly could not believe what I had heard... At this point I was so upset I wanted to get a refund and leave, I was so paranoid she was going to do something to my food I stood where I could see them preparing it to make sure, once we got it our fries were cold, I was then hassled for my receipt when I asked for my and my sons drinks (ice coffee, orange juice). And then just kept getting looks from two of the manager workers. The worst part is this isn't even the first time I have had a bad experience at this location (RAINSVILLE AL). was just hoping to go and enjoy a lunch with my husband and son and now I don't know if ever want to go back, definitely not to dine in that's for sure. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
