Ordered the Luxe box and this is what i got! Paid for extra beef on each of my items and its definitely did not get the extra beef. So ashamed in the service, I will drive 40 mins away to the next nearest taco bell then EVER go back to the one in Rainsville. Yall are slacking and your manager should be a better manager!! ! When someone pays for extra they should get that not the normal lil bit... Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive thru around 1am, staff was friendly and the food was fresh. One of the best taco bells ive been to in awhile. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best service from ANY Taco Bell EVER!!!!! I want to recognize Alan (or Allen) and Mistalyn, (probably spelled wrong ) they need a raise!!! They’re so courteous, professional, and extraordinary workers that deserve recognition at 11:30 pm on 4/20/2026. Management take care of these people they make your company shine for sure! Thank you for the best service EVER I’ve always held Taco Bell as my favorite fast food but even though I live in Fort Payne I will be driving to rainsville for my services from now on for sure!
