Never have had a great experience but in a pinch we will attempt to go. Last time, quarter pounder was not cooked all the way, floor in entry was dangerously slippery, and food items were forgotten. There have been a few very nice people who work there, but most have zero emotion. EDIT MAY 21st: The General Manager, Brandon, reached out and I'm very grateful for that. They took care of the issue of the undercooked food immediately and checked their appliances and coached the staff. I appreciate this response very much. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely horrible I was standing at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes with no one coming to the counter it's like they didn't believe anyone existed except for drive-thru the lady just kept looking at us hoping we would go away well I wasn't I'm a paying customer and I need service just like anyone else. After me a whole lobby of people came in and still not one person was waited on she just kept waiting on the drive-thru like you can't go back and forth and take orders and do both or assign someone to the cash register? I was in assistant manager at McDonald's in my younger years this is unacceptable in her face she looked like she was mad at the world if you don't like your job get a new one because you were just making everyone else miserable Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
