Came in, rang the bell & waited at the register for 6 min without anyone in the back popping out to say "Hi, someone will be with you in a second." Meanwhile a young woman in the corner who was on lunch ignored me as well If I was the owner I'd be pissed

LOL! How is this even real!? You did it! This is worse and more comical than the Wendy’s down the street! Went inside for a grilled cheese. Would have went to the car hop but they were closed. It took 30 minutes. They did not know how to take an order, the girl behind the counter literally said she did not know how to use the register. Paying with cash added 15 minutes as they figured out how to make change. The floor was sticky. Nothing was clean. The alarm was just going off the whole time and no one seemed to care probably just like the low battery fire alarm at their house. Then 30 minutes later the food came. Car hop closed. Drive through closed. Only 2 other customers. How it could possibly take 30 minutes? I don’t know. I kid you not, it was just a slice of cheese between two slices of bread. No grilling had taken place. Needless to say it was not worth bringing it to their attention. The task of remedying the situation would be insurmountable for them. If you don’t know how to make a grilled cheese at 20 years old we got bigger problems. The owner should be proud of earning the title of most ridiculous restaurant experience. If you want to be astonished and experience the next level of incompetence, this is the place for you. They will not let you down. This is not the SONIC experience we wanted you to have, Anthony. Every guest should expect an efficient ordering process, a clean lobby, and hot, fresh food. We apologize that the team was unequipped to handle a transaction and basic food order. I recently visited a Sonic Drive-In, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I stopped by during what seemed like a dead time with no cars in the lot, expecting the usual quick service Sonic is known for. However, the wait for my order was painfully long. I was told to please hold several times, which took about 5 mins.It took over 10 minutes to get my food, and what’s baffling is that there was only one car ahead of me. The staff seemed overwhelmed or disorganized, and there was no communication about the delay. The lack of urgency was frustrating, and it felt like my time wasn’t valued. When my food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, which only added to the disappointment. Sonic is typically my go-to for quick bites, but this experience left me rethinking that choice. I hope this location addresses their service speed because the convenience factor is a big part of what makes Sonic appealing. Please get better. I don't know if it's a management thing, or lazy workers, but this place will cease to be open if it stays like this.
