Staff so rude. I asked a simple question about one of there item and got treated like a big inconvenience and as if I was stupid. The man also kept shouting across the restaurant to customers rather than calling them over or saying excuse me. So so rude. Good was all chucked in the bag without any care and is quite tasteless. Will never go here again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Customer service at this branch was extremely disappointing, especially from the Asian girl on the till. She was very rude and had no manners when taking orders. After reading other reviews, it’s clear many customers feel the same way about the service here. The owner really needs to take this seriously before losing more customers. The food itself was okay, but the masala fish portion was far too small more like a kids’ meal and definitely overpriced for what you get. The boys in the kitchen seemed fine, but overall the staff could benefit from proper customer service training.Customers are paying for food and service, not attitude. I had a really bad experience here and, honestly, I won’t be visiting this branch again. I wouldn’t recommend it, not because of the food, but because of the poor customer service. We saw some ok reviews some bad but we’re hungry and decided to risk it. The man taking our order couldn’t understand us. The scampi was complete mush, the cod was just disgusting and tasted like tap water, the mushy peas were basically water with green food dye. Spent £30 and have decided to order something else instead of eating it it was so disgusting do not go to this place for fish and chips even though labelled “Mr Cod” Service: Take out Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
