GREAT FOR THE OLDER FAMILY GUESTS - We popped into the Municipal Hotel bar the day before our stay and were met with a grand old ballroom space that’s been nicely restored. The atmosphere was pleasant, helped by the Christmas buzz and generally good spirits all round. Table service was quick, but the real highlight was our server, Santhosh, who was genuinely brilliant. Warm, attentive, and speedy, he even topped up our drinks so we could grab a family photo, which was a lovely touch. The décor does feel a bit corporate compared to similar hotels in London, but it’s still worth a visit. I’d say it suits a slightly older crowd, and while there are livelier bars nearby in the area, this was a very nice way to ease into the festive mood. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I had an amazing experience at the Palm Court Bar thanks to Smail. He crafted one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Beyond the drink itself, his service was warm, attentive, and professional, making the whole visit feel special.
