Hi Jessica. We're really sorry for the frustration. You're completely right. Not having Pineapple, at Pineapple Whip is pretty odd. We've had customers asking to do flavor combos with favors besides Pineapple for as long as we can remember but have always resisted for exactly the reason you're pointing out. A couple of years ago, we finally gave in and tried a non-pineapple flavor combo (Lulu Twist) and were pleasantly surprised to find it was a hit! Since then, we've done Lulu Twists a couple times a year just to mix things up. Typically, we only do it for 3-4 days and are careful to try and let our customers know via our website, social media, and our email newsletter that Pineapple will be on hold at that location. We also always make sure to only do the Lulu Twist at one location so there is always Pineapple at a location just a few miles away at one of our other locations. We know none of that takes away your frustrating experience but we at least wanted to explain our reasoning behind it. We hope that makes at least a tiny bit more sense. All the best, Team P-Whip
