We had a disappointing experience at another Starbucks location in town because our drinks tasted off. Instead of going back there, I called this location because I was nervous about getting the same result again. Kari answered and, without hesitation, said, “Come on in, we’ll fix it.” When we arrived, she was incredibly courteous, kind, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They remade our drinks, and they tasted perfect. It completely turned our day around. Customer service like that really stands out. Kari treated us with kindness and made us feel taken care of instead of like we were inconveniencing anyone. Huge thank you to her and the team for making things right! Attempted to get a drink there and you told me we don’t make that hot. I’ve been getting it for over a year hot so I don’t know why she wanted to say that, but I got irritated and left and went to a different Starbucks to get the same drink hot.

I always have a great experience at this location! The team consistently makes delicious and beautiful drinks, and you can tell they really care about what they’re doing. Customer service is always top tier. They pay attention to each customer and make you feel taken care of. Everyone seems to work really well together, and it’s clear they have a strong team dynamic.
