Great location for Asylum Skatepark and East Midlands outlet mall. Sainsburys 2 minutes away and McDonald’s and lovely pub onsite. Quiet, lots of parking, excellent team, great air-con and comfortable beds. Great job and thank you. Service: 5

Brilliant place to stay. The staff were lovely, and everything I needed was close by - whether that was food at the hotel restaurant, McDonald’s, or just a quick 2-minute drive into the city centre. A big shout-out to the team for handling my issues so quickly. I had a few minor problems with my room, but the maintenance staff member (T), receptionist (Ellie), sorted everything out straight away to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Everyone was friendly and cheerful, especially Natalie from housekeeping. Thanks to all the staff - I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in the area. The only small downside was the £3 per night charge for parking. That said, it’s still great value for 24-hour access. It might even be simpler to just include it in the room price so guests don’t have to think about it. Service: 5

Had a really good stay here recently. The room was very clean and comfortable and it was nice and quiet for a good night’s sleep before an early morning. Elleigh on reception was really friendly and welcoming and big thanks to her for helping me out with a couple issues I had during my stay. The restaurant next door was really convenient and the food was lovely. Will definitely be staying again. Service: 5
