El café latté de Starbucks no es muy del agrado de sus usuarios. Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de este lugar, ya que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Tan pronto como entras en este establecimiento, sientes su inusual atmósfera. Los usuarios de Google han valorado este lugar y no ha logrado una puntuación muy alta.

I think some staff members need to be re-trained, or have further training with their customer delivery and service. To witness a young woman place an order, for the team to make her order incorrectly, she then addresses this and is then greeted with a disgusting amount of attitude from the server. No matter who was wrong - (On this occasion it was the server, as I heard correctly what the young woman had ordered) you categorically do not give your paying customer attitude, and make them feel belittled. I am surprised this woman tolerated the behaviour and even thanked the team for re-making her drink. At the beginning of a working day, as was mine, it certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. I will definitely be re-thinking on where to purchase my morning coffee in future, and I hope that young lady does too. Disappointing. Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dirty tables / filthy floor / grubby door and windows . The staff need to set to and clean rather than looking at their phones ! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

Dirty tables, dirty floor, hostile staff who are unable to make a latte correctly. This must be one of the worst Starbucks. Didn’t used to be but has gone downhill dramatically this year. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
