Extremely disappointed with the service here. The waiting time is unacceptable. Every single time you ask the staff, they just give a standard brush-off response of "5 more minutes," but it actually takes at least 20 minutes every time. It is heartbreaking to see delivery drivers standing around and wasting their time for half an hour just to earn a few dollars. The restaurant has absolutely no respect for the drivers' time and livelihood. On top of that, their opening hours for delivery platforms are a complete mess. The restaurant closes around midnight, yet delivery drivers are still receiving orders at 1 AM or 2 AM, forcing them to drive all the way here for nothing. Fix your management and system! Worst take away I’ve ever had! Went through the drive through. Chips were soggy, under cooked with no salt, chicken was shrivelled up and dry like it had been sitting in the hot box for 6 hours, zero mayo or sauce on my chicken burger!! Only thing that was slightly warm was the potato and gravy. Will never come there again and now I know why that store is never busy when I drive past. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40

Delicious as always. Wonderful staff and service. Fast takeaway. Cannot fault them...... Edit..... 11th June. How many times do I have to say 'NO LEGS'. I will be checking my next order and if there's a leg in it I won't be back. You're slipping Red Rooster, I rarely buy take away cos it's not good value. Perhaps an adult should be on every shift. Where's the quality standards and cleaner......... 17 th July 2024 ...The next 1/4 chicken and chips we're amazing, I bought 2 and the chips were fresh, the chicken was perfect and no legs,thank you 30th July 2024... Seriously Red Rooster Marsden Park Shopping Centre. The 1/4 chicken and chips ,. OMFG !!! ABSOLUTELY PUTRID ! How long ago was it cooked ? I think it still needed to grow up too,. I'll be back in 10 minutes. I've got my certs in hospitality and know it ain't today's. I challenge any one of you to eat it ! Here's a pic of the road kill !
