The bands were great the sound system needed to be readjusted continually. Too loud for the room. Drinks were high priced even while the bands were not playing.

Serves beer in a cocktail glass. Wouldn't serve in a reasonable time when there were literally 10 people. Band listed played 2 hours late. Literally. No apologies and non refundable tickets.

Ruby is a very unique venue. Its classy but at the same time down to earth (literally its underground) The bartenders are always great to be around and the security staff is second to none.
