Don order online. Everytime I do they don’t listen. They never toast it and usually forget ingredients. I order the same sandwich in app everytime and only 25% of the time is it made 100% like the instructions say. They’re also very low staffed and I feel bad for the workers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member working at the time was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers. There was loud noise from the machines behind her, which made communication difficult, and instead of trying to work around it, she was dismissive and arrogant. I ordered chicken nachos, and they were burnt (see attached photo), which completely ruined the meal. It felt like she didn’t care about the quality of the food or the customer experience. Based on her attitude and behavior, it honestly seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. Subway is a well-known brand, and it’s frustrating when employees don’t uphold basic customer service standards. My suggestion is to ensure staff are trained properly and that those who clearly don’t want to be in customer-facing roles are reassigned or let go. Customers should feel welcomed and respected — not ignored or mistreated. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
