The employees are very lazy here. I DoorDash to lots of subways and it’s no big deal to help put the pop and drinks and every once in a while. I’m also they’re not getting paid to do their job. It’s my job to deliver the order. At all the other subway locations in Muskogee, They are always on top of it and have everything in the bag ready to . I went in to pick up an order here at this location and not only was it not ready but both girls that were working had a major attitude and we were laughing when customers were walking out because they were getting frustrated because of the long wait. When you were in customer service and you get busy like that, you should always look up and acknowledge the customers and tell them you’ll be with them as soon as possibl. The girl with the purpleish red hair and then the bigger girl with the boy haircut or just laughing every time somebody would walk out and they were talking bad about customers. It’s so frustrating to see this because this is why customer service has went downhill so much because people like this that don’t take their job serious. If you don’t like working with the public, go get a job somewhere else. I know Subway doesn’t pay very good because I seen the pay when they were advertising it in Fort Gibson, where I live and the people in Fort Gibson were making jokes about how horrible the pay was here. Either way you decided to take this job and part of your job is to deal with customers and you should have a better attitude and be kinder to the customers. When an elderly person walked up and said they forgot to give them their senior citizen discount the girls behind the counter just laughed. Like I said before, it was also annoying because when I asked the bigger girl if the drinks were in the bag, she acted like it was my job to go get the drinks. No sweetie, that’s what you get paid to do. Quit being lazy and do your job efficiently. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place needs an entire new staff. An older gentleman took my order while also making online orders. Greeted me with a smile and even cracked some jokes. A line was building and he asked the crew for help, yet was declined by everyone. Out of the 4 other people I saw, not 1 looked busy enough to deny him help. So they argued with him about how he can do it himself. That man either deserves a massive raise or new coworkers Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Employees was rude as hell. Will not be going back to this store again. It's bad when you get push back on ordering food for your family. It's like they want 1 item per person and acted like it was the end of the world because I ordered a salad and 2 sandwiches Price per person: $10–20
