The floral department manager needs a lot of help with her customer skills, she is very rude and abrupt. Her flower arrangements are very poor. I have received bouquets from her that the flowers, roses were already spent and half dead, greenery was dying, stems were not cute on an angle as any florist knows that is what you do. I will not recommend Safeway's flower department anymore. Someone needs to put in a professional florist that know"s how to do floral arrangements and work with customers.

The store is clean and well stocked. The Deli is horrible tried to order sandwiches they told me to get one out of cooler they no longer make sandwiches (even though signs are up advertising sandwiches). Decided to make mt own sovtriedbto order deli meat they told me to get it out of the case but they didnt have what I wanted. Thought I would have some chicken nope out of breasts and wings which is usually the case. I would not recommend this store as there are stores in the area with far better service. I wouldn't leave a review like this if it was only a single occasion but continued to have same problems.
