I don't want this to seem like a bad review, just an informative one, because I think it would be helpful to let other consumers know about Winter Ridge's policy for spoiled food. Winter Ridge sold me a spoiled jar of coconut yogurt (I buy this brand of yogurt all the time so I immediately knew that this one looked and tasted spoiled) but because I didn't open it within one week of buying it, they wouldn't exchange it for a good jar. This is an extremely limited window considering Coconut Cult says their product will last for 8 weeks unopened (and I went to make the exchange within 30 days which I thought was reasonable.) The explanation from the manager (who was very kind to me by the way) was that for perishable items, they have to be brought back within a week so the store can verify the spoilage, which as a consumer, didn't feel great because it sounded like they were saying "outside of one week we can't verify that you are telling the truth." I will still make some purchases from Winter Ridge because I like to support small businesses over large corporations, but I'd like to provide some feedback to Winter Ridge from a consumer's point of view: I like when stores sell me fresh food and when they sell me spoiled food, I like when they make it right without questioning my integrity.

Love my home town winter Ridge natural foods.. the deli and baked goods are absolutely amazing.. they have the healthiest products around town. My brother and from Dicks tattoo parlor have lunch there a few times a month it's great check out the Brownies..
