My friends and I were excited to eat at your restaurant in Chinatown. We went to one on Robson 1 months ago, and the service was OK there, but the music was too loud to talk. Kosoo Pocha had a good atmosphere. We ordered the Chef Recommendation and butter squid. The squid came, and we finished it. We sat for another 40 minutes, and no one followed up or checked on us. When we asked the server about the Chef Recommendation ($55 worth) that we ordered, he looked surprised. He checked and found out that the order was not entered into the system. We were very upset, because, we did not have time to wait for another order and eat before our next meeting. In addition, the washrooms were in bad condition and not clean. Water everywhere, no soap or paper towels. One toilet was clogged. It was disgusting. Service was not attentive, even when it was not busy. We were given only 2 napkins between 4 people. We were asked if we wanted to split the bill. How should we split it when we only get one dish amongst 4 of us...you got to be joking! I have been in the hotel, restaurant industry for a long time and had been a server. It was obvious to me that your server was not well trained. My friends and I will not be back anytime soon.
