After enjoying 3 lunches overs the past few months, I've got to highlight Zoomak's attention to consistent high quality of foods and services. I feel consistency is easily overlooked by many "hyped" restaurants in the city. Personally, the chance of returning to an establishment lacking in consistency is very slim. I'm confidently leaving this review after multiple visits and wide variety of dishes enjoyed. I felt the Lunch "Han Sang's" every tasting tray has been carefully thought out and prepared with care, rather then just throwing in dishes for the sake of filling and expanding components in the dish. Generous portions and quality ingredients were appreciated. Seems the kitchen has a strong knowledge and experience preparing a stunning Korean cuisine with an exceptional balance of traditional and modern interpretation. I truly enjoyed their cooking technique and the use of unique marinade and sauces highlighting each ingredients. It simply is one of the best tasting Korean restaurant in the city. I highly recommend "Nang-Myeon & Pork Galbi" and "Beef Bulgoggie Ssam Bap" lunch options as well. Their "Red Jjam Bbong", "Jeon Pancake" and "Tteokbokki" is a must try, "Red Jjam Bbong" is hands down best in the city. 40min+ drive to Zoomak always has been hectic, I thank the FOH's generous understanding when I was late for my reservation, they've always been welcoming and accommodating. I'm excited to go back for a drink and Bunsik this time, their drink selections seems very exciting.
