We stayed at Pullman during our business trip to Adelaide, and it was a fantastic choice. The breakfast buffet offered great variety and quality, and we were equally impressed by dinner at PARC, the steak, lamb cutlets, and risotto were all delicious. A special mention to the F&B Manager Clément, who kindly checked in on us, asked for our feedback, and even recommended some great local spots around Adelaide. We truly appreciated the warm conversation and genuine hospitality. This place is a real gem in the Adelaide CBD, we’ll definitely be back on our next trip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited Parc Brasserie & Bar for a relaxing meal after a long week of work with my partner. We considered several other places but ultimately chose this one, and it turned out to be the right decision. The location is convenient, the service was excellent, and the food was tasty. Jayden, the restaurant manager, suggested a wine to pair with our meal—we each wanted just one glass—and his recommendation matched our dishes perfectly. His service was professional yet unobtrusive. This was our second visit, and we plan to return. Thank you!
