Exterior: Excelente!Interior: deja mucho que desearLa atención fue excelente! La decoración de la torta igual a lo solicitado... el problema fue el relleno... fue decepcionante cortar la torta y ver que escatimaron mucho en el relleno! Básicamente era un bizcochuelo con fondant! Esperaba la misma calidad en el interior que en el exterior! Más cuando gastamos usd 125

The cupcakes are delisious! We had the Starwberry cupcake. The frosting was really good. We algo had the Hot Fudge Sundae cupcake. It was alright. I would've like it with more chocolate flavor. I ordered cookie sandwiches for delivery on Favor tonight at 7:45. The app said last orders accepted 8:05. I had plenty of time to spare. They took my money and confirmed my order. The driver messaged me that when they got to the store it was closed. I know this isn’t all on Smallcakes. Favor screwed me over too. Favor should not have taken the order if their driver couldn’t be there by 8:30 but if Smallcakes signs up with Favor for delivery, they should agree to alert customers if they are going to close before the order is picked up. The driver said she knocked on the glass at 8:33 but the lights were out and they were gone. She should have been there 3 min earlier, but if you have a bought and paid for order pending pickup, as the manager, wouldn’t you at least send the customer a message or email? They knew when they locked that door and walked away that they were screwing someone over. I’m not saying they needed to stay late. Closing time is closing time, but really? Not even a text? You just turn out the lights, lock the door and leave with an open order pending? Can you say any louder that you do not care one bit about customers??? Thanks, but these cookies could cure cancer and I’ll never know. Call me old fashioned or just call me courteous, but I would have called. It’s good business as well as just being nice. It’s a shame, taking 30 seconds to reach out to me could have saved them this negative review and losing me as a customers. I usually get Tiff’s Treats. After Smallcakes showing me just how much my patronage means, I’ll stay loyal to Tiff’s! You want to advertise as locally owned. Well, that doesn’t really matter when you’re the customer left hanging. Thanks neighbor! I’m hoping the person who closed that store with a pending paid order and no phone call/text steps on a Lego on their way to the bathroom tonight in the dark! Hello, First of all we apologize for the any inconvenience caused. Favor takes orders on their own as we never signed up for it. The timings they post for orders pick up and delivery are not controlled by us. We accept Door dash, Uber and Grub hub and we make sure we follow posted timings. Even on the accepted Apps if the driver shows up after closing times then we cannot be responsible as the staff are instructed to leave asap after closing. We will contact Favor and try to fix the timing issue so customers don't have issues. Once again we apologize for your inconvenience
