No olvides probar el generoso helado o el sabroso yogur de Smoothie King. Aquí puedes tomar un sensacional batido de mango, un estupendo batido de frutas o un delicioso batido de fresa.
La estupenda ubicación de este lugar hace que llegar a él incluso en hora punta sea muy sencillo. Este lugar es muy recomendable por su acogedor personal. Su pulcro servicio te hará sentirte especial. Tal y como sus visitantes lo ven, aquí la atmósfera es sorprendente. Pero muchos usuarios que usan Google no le otorgaron a este bar una nota muy alta.

Black woman with the locs and glasses is extremely rude. All I did was ask the young man if my order was being worked on. She chimes in with, “we’re working on it, it’s not time yet”. What? I didn’t ask in a rude way at all and wasn’t speaking to her furthermore. I always come here. Have never had an issue. Don’t know if she’s a manager or not, but being rude to a recurring customer is not it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I honestly hate leaving negative reviews, but this location truly needs attention. I absolutely love Smoothie King’s menu, which is the only reason I’ve given this North Hills location multiple chances. Unfortunately, every visit has been terrible. The staff here is, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve experienced!!! Not only is this the slowest Smoothie King I’ve been to in the Triangle, but the team is also consistently rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. On one visit, I arrived around 6PM. The floors were not just mopped; they were fully washed, with water and soap covering most of the floor during business hours. Trying to be respectful, I stayed near the entrance and asked if I could place an order. One employee was sitting on her phone in the back, another was in the prep area, and another was cleaning the floor. None of them acknowledged my presence, so I asked if the place was closed. Keep in mind, the music was BLASTING in the background, so I had to ask louder, “Can I place an order?” When I asked again, one finally said, “What would you like?” I told them I wanted a smoothie and a toast, but since I was still at the door, I asked if I could walk up to the register. After being told it was fine, I walked over, only to be completely ignored. After five minutes of just standing there, I asked again if I could place my order. The girl in the prep area asked the girl sitting in the back, “Are you making this?” The girl in the back yelled, “What does she want?” The girl in the prep area yelled back, “I don’t know. She said a smoothie and a toast” they kept yelling at each other as if I wasn’t right in front of them They continued going back and forth, asking each other who was going to take make what, for several minutes while I just stood there. Once I finally ordered and paid, no one actually started preparing it. Instead, they continued yelling across the store about who would make the toast, with loud music playing in the background and no sense of urgency. It took about 35 minutes to get a very simple order. Since this is the closest franchise near my home I thought ordering ahead might be better, I tried using the app. I ordered a 32 oz smoothie and a toast the app said it should take 20-25min but knowing how they operate I waited 15min longer than the estimated time before arriving. When I got there, only the toast was ready my smoothie hadn’t even been made. When I asked about it, one of the employees didn’t even asked for my order, she just handed me a random smoothie that she was making and was clearly a smaller size (24 oz) and a different color from what I normally order it was obvious my order was incorrect. Meanwhile, another customer was telling them they had also been waiting 30+ minutes and repeating their order to the staff to get it done, while they kept looking disorganized, instead of handling it professionally, the staff laughed it off. I felt bad for that customer, I didn’t have time to argue and just left. To make things worse, the employees are often sitting in the back, so when you walk in, it doesn’t even feel like the store is open until you call out for someone. But I’m sure having them all at the front It wouldn’t make any difference because they ignore you either way. I genuinely enjoy Smoothie King, but this location is incredibly frustrating. Between the long wait times, incorrect orders, and poor customer service, I will not be ordering here again. I really hope management steps in and addresses these issues with the staff, there are several negative reviews about this same issues going on for a while and nothing is being done. This location does not reflect the standards of the brand. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
