Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Checking your bag only to find your favorite sides were missed is a major bummer, Jalie. We're really sorry for the packaging oversights and the tracking confusion on your refreshment pickup. Your experience has been submitted to the team for a review, and we look forward to a much smoother stop next time.

Sonic has went down hill. The cream is watered down so bad. The sweet tea is usually old. Or they try to give me unsweetened tea with vanilla like I can’t taste it. Complete disappointment Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

As a longtime guest, it’s disappointing to hear the quality hasn't lived up to the standard you’ve come to expect, Priscilla. We value your feedback, and we’re taking it back to our team to focus on improving consistency, efficiency, and overall food quality. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a better experience.

This is the absolute worst sonic drive-in I’ve ever been to. It’s consistently horrendously slow. Food is cold when it comes out. The car hops smoke right in front of all the cars so everyone gets to smell it. And all the employees are either untrained or completely rude. If they had negative stars, I would definitely award them that Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
