05/01 - left without ordering. 10 minutes in drive through line and only one car moved. Kuereg, I'm coming home! My bad for not leaving a good review before. It's really a great shop... today the wait sucked because I had told my wife "I'll buy my coffee. Don't make none for me!" Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

This is why I have all but stopped going to Starbucks. I used to go to Starbucks a minimum of 4 times a week. Now it’s only if I’m traveling and am not close to another coffee shop. Walked in at 6:18 and of four employees, not a single person greeted us. No other customers in the store and they all finished their tasks before one finally said, “what do you need?” Not good morning or welcome. Completely irritated that we were bothering them. The place was filthy. Stuck to floor, outside was gross. Starbucks keeps showing me why I gave up on them. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Quick service and friendly staff. They saw my daughter drop her cake pop and brought her a new one. They also have table games for you to play. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
